Pumice stone shower mat for inside the shower. Pretty self explanatory.

Like everything else in this world, the movie theatres are a rip off. I can understand the price for the movie….sort of. I don’t understand how this country can afford things such as making movies or paying sports players huge sums of money during (what I like to call) a media driven recession. In any case, I can have my questions and doubts about that and I am content with being part of a small percentage of people that do not buy into it. However, the movie theatres (regardless of the economy) should find a way to reinvent themselves. Internet and rentals have had a huge impact on the industry and although people still go for big openings, the sound and the big screen, it is usually ruined by sticky floors, dirty theatres, loud kids, cell phones or just some jerk that kicks your seat the entire time. People like me do not go to the movies anymore for those reasons and though I would love to go from time to time, I just plain refuse and wait for the video. So I think that movie theatres should be a one stop shop for a date night. A choice of restaurants would be nice but one nice one would be ideal. There should also be a lounge for some music, drinks and dancing as well as a daycare for those of us who have kids and would like them a little closer than a babysitter. I bet for a flat rate fee you could cut out the normal rowdy movie goer traffic. Dinner, dancing, drinks and a movie…..Grab the kids, go home and finish off the night:)

If your house is being foreclosed on, you may want to look into leasing it out and convert into an assisted living home. Boomers have the money and need the care. You will surely cover the mortgage and taxes. This way, you rent something you can afford and keep your home until you are able to convert it back and move in or sell when the market bounces back.

Charge whatever you like but get paid up front just in case they spent all of their cash. I would do it but I am not a tow truck driver and lack the proper equipment.

I knew ‘creatives’ would be the beneficiaries of non-intermediated and unprecedented visibility and I’ve worked for the past 13 yrs making this happen. I scout for talent and in return, they feed our eyes with inspiration. Submitted by Carole Guevin.
